FASTER FAT LOSS – Diet More or Exercise More?

Let’s talk about Diet vs. Exercise

I receive emails about this topic daily and I completely understand the confusion.  Should we focus more on diet or exercise?  Also how do we know what to eat and how to get our food in balance.  How do we get the max FAT LOSS?

A lot of people say exercise is 70-80 percent and diet is 30 percent 

but I’ve also heard exercise is 10 percent and diet is more like 90 percent!

When it comes to food are:
a) Carbs the Devil
b) Fats the Devil
c) Protein the Devil

    I tried accessing the 2 day diet but it just brings me back to this page. I am working out 5 days a week using resistance as well as some weights and cardio but I still am struggling to lose that fat around my tummy and thighs. I am not over weight, but still would like to look leaner. I am looking forward to starting the booty workout on monday. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

  2. Hi Alli. I tried to access the two day diet but it just brings me back to this page. I am also working out approx 5 days a week using cardio as well as resistance training, but I can’t seem to get lean. I am excited to start the 14 day booty workout. Thank you for sharing all your knowledge.
