How is it possible that this shake can be considered to be healthy when all that has been printed re Oreos has been negative? And trust me, I am a Lover of Oreos, but had to reject them in order to maintain a healthy weight.
Hi Jeff – You are doing great to cut them out and any other processed foods. It sounds like you are on a great path to a maintaining your healthy weight. Great work!
Everyone is not where your are yet and many are still eating oreos 😉 This is a fun recipe for those that are not where you are yet or those that simply want to splurge without the major sugar spike. This shake gives them the treat but with a better balance of protein, carbs, and fat than just eating straight Oreos. I tell my clients that we are going for progress not perfection. Thanks so much for checking it out and commenting 🙂 Keep staying out of the Oreos! We love our blog readers!!!
