Easy Workout to Keep Your Booty Firm for the Holidays!

Hey Y’all!

I know that the Holidays can be one of the hardest time of the year to eat clean and keep up a workout regime, but the easiest way to maintain your fitness schedule is to keep as close to your schedule as possible, keep up with fitness, even if its lighter than normal. Keep your indulgences within reason!

Here’s a good workout to make sure that all of your hard work this year continues to pay off, and you don’t slip because of all of the temptation, and break in routine from visiting everyone. Invented by a former U.S. Navy SEAL, the TRX (short for total-body resistance exercise) exercise style makes it easy for you to burn fat and firm and tone while only using your own resistance!
