OK to Cheat? Definitely!

Does the thought of eating healthy everyday make your head spin?

I get asked a lot about Cheat Days — I know that some people are absolutely against the concept, but I’m all for it!

But, like everything, it definitely needs moderation. Establish a weekly “Cheat Day” where you allow yourself a taste of all your favorite indulgences. It’s OK to cheat once a week – just indulge with control, and stick with your clean eating habits on all other days.

These cheat days can be easy to fall into your old habits of overindulgence, so try to enjoy only a few of your favorites in full portions.

The clean eating days can be when people are the most susceptible to quitting their life changes!

Clean eating doesn’t have to be no fun! We’re going to be adding some more recipes that are easy to make, fun to eat, and look gorgeous. Clean eating doesn’t have to be mundane, tasteless, or boring! You should be eating a rainbow of foods!
