3 Ab Exercises Using The Cable Machine

Hey everybody!

I wanted to show you some ab exercises that you can do at your gym using the cable machine.

I would recommend that you don’t do belly only exercises.   I would break them up and put them in separate full body workouts.

Make sure to balance your core and work out the back side of your body as well to avoid creating poor posture and making a belly pooch.
