What are you thankful for? We can all come up with so many things that we are thankful for. The things people tell me that they are thankful for most often is friends, family, and health.
Let’s talk about health. Do we assume or hope that we will just “be healthy” or are we taking steps to improve our own health. In order to ensure we have good health over the long term to enjoy our friends and family, we have to invest in ourselves.
When I see women taking action and control of their health in the gym and making positive food choices, they are investing in their health and not just saying they are thankful for their health. They are investing in themselves and their health is increasing.
You have to be careful to not say one thing but have your actions say something completely different.

Oprah is so inspirational. Before you can love and invest in others, you have to invest in yourself. The healthier and happier you are the more time, energy and love you can give those who matter the most. These are the things to be thankful for.
It all comes back to health. We have to take care of ourselves so that we can enjoy those things for a much longer time. Invest and love yourself so you can invest and love others.
