4 Ways to Get Rid of Thanksgiving Weight ?

I hope you had a great Thanksgiving holiday! My favorite Thanksgiving food is dressing!
I’m feeling stuffed so I thought I would share with you a few ways to get rid of this stuffed





  • Change up what you are drinking this week. Set aside those sugary sodas and coffee drinks
    and exchange them for black coffee, unsweet tea, or water.
    Try this detox water:
    8 small slices cucumber
    3/4 lemon sliced
    8-10 sprigs of cilantro
    Fill infusion pitcher with water and refrigerate 4+ hours
  •  Jump back into physical activity! If you have been working out, add just 10 minutes to each workout to work in an extra workout a week. If you’ve skipped out on the physical activity then start doing something. Start moving!
  •  Kick up your lean protein. Having spent the holiday eating plenty of carbs, start your morning with a lean protein breakfast to start your day. Make sure you get your lean protein for your lunch and dinner as well. This will help cut your calories and keep you fuller longer. Try fish, chicken breast, seafood, and cottage cheese.
  •  Kick up your lean veggies. Add some spinach and kale to your protein drink. Incorporate some salads into your meals this week with some lean protein. The extra veggies will add fiber and will increase your energy so you won’t feel sluggish.
